Great multi
This multivitamin had provided all the nutrients I feel are needed to fill the gaps in my very healthy diet. Most importantly, it's made up of excellent quality nutrients!

Great formulation
My husband has been taking this multi for a couple years now. It is well-balanced, clean, and affordable. If you don't have methylation issues, this is a good supplement as a foundational product.
