Awesome supplement
We have used many of the Seeking Health supplements. They have all been just what we needed. When we order they are shipped right away and we receive them right in time. We will continue with Seeking Health because of all of the above.

Great Product
I have learned that methylated folate and B12 do not agree with me. Through Dr. Lynch's educational resources, I found that folate as folinic acid and B12 as adenosylcobalamin and hydroxocobalamin are a better fit for me. I have been taking this supplement on a pulse for a month, and it is fantastic. I have great energy, but not so much that it creates anxiety like the methylated form of folate and B12. Be aware that there is a small amount of flushing niacin in the product, and depending on the day and if you take it on an empty stomach, you may experience flushing. Which, to me, is great, but it may be unfamiliar to some.
