I finally found B vitamins that I can tolerate. I had moved onto methylated B vitamins but I still felt the symptoms of irritability and overwhelm associated regular complex. I finally learned that I needed a non-methyl form. I combine this with their non-methyl B12 and it's been great

I don't tolerate methylated B vitamins so this is a must have.
