Prenatal Multivitamin Gummy

My Needed vitamins arrived today after shipping from Colorado in a plain brown paper mailer with no cushioning or temperature protection. The products were warm when they arrived and warm when I opened the package. The label instructs me to store them in a cool, dry place. Can you confirm whether this shipment was packaged and transported appropriately and whether the heat exposure could affect the potency, stability, or safety of this particular product/lot? I would also like to know whether you recommend replacing this shipment.

My shipment was delayed & while I understand things happen I did reach out to Needed TWICE and haven’t heard back. It has been several days since my first email. Living in FL one of my first worries about vitamins being delayed in transit was the risk of heat exposure. It is unfortunate these took over a week to be delivered and when I reached out to the company I did not receive a reply of any kind.

I was hoping to like these because i can hardly stomach the taste of the pill version. But in these gummy’s i can still taste the pill. My pregnancy taste buds are very sensitive. 😫
