Great Size Frying Pan

I use this pan almost every day! It works great and doesn't need a lot of oil, I only have one concern, It has a dark stain on the inside of my pan, and I don't know how to clean it! I don't want to mess up my pan, so I googled it and was told to use a little oil and salt but it didn't come out

Excellent pan

Been using this pan for a month or so, and I’m very well pleased with it. It does need a thin coat of oil once heated before cooking, and definitely use a metal utensil to move things around. I normally deglaze with water to loosen anything stuck on to make it easier to clean. I also like that it’s a serious pan, but surprisingly lightweight. I don’t think it’ll take the place of my wok, but it holds family dinners well. The higher lip makes dishes less likely to spill out.

I have added this as my 3rd no stick pan from Misen. Already had 10 & 12” pans, added this for extra depth for sauces. I absolve this pan. Works just as described and as needed.
