This hand-hammered titanium frying pan is naturally non-stick — no PFAS, no PTFE, no chemical coating. The hammered titanium surface releases food on its own, takes metal utensils without a scratch, and goes straight from induction to oven....

So far I am loving the Okura skillet. I have made sauces, chicken and seafood dishes and more in it and everything has cleaned up quick and easy. The heating is consistent across the pan as well no no having to move things from side to side. I made a delicious tomatilla salsa in it last week that came out to perfection.

I love my new little pan, however, I was hoping that it wouldn’t stick like it does. I asked for some advisor and was given very good advice by your company, but Whatever I’m doing I’m still not doing the right thing to make it not stick. Also the beautiful color has changed to a bit of a golden hue. I wonder if I’m using too hot a flame perhaps.

So I like the pan. It is great so far. If cooking eggs in this pan you need cooking spray. I tried without and that was a bug fat fail. It didn't come with a lid and for the price point I think that it should have. Also, the pan wasn't put together when I bought it. I had to attach the handle myself, it wasn't hard. But, if I am buying a $100+ dollar pan, it should come already put together. I also think it should be rivets and not screws. But, what do I know.
I do know that I seared up a steak in the pan the other night and it got a beautiful sear from the pan and I was very impressed. I also sauteed a piece of seabass and it also seared up beautifully.
I have been into HexClad. Even though they had a class action lawsuit because of their coating. All pans come with very nice lids. All the handles are attached upon arrival and their warranty is legit. I had some issues with 3 of pans and I got 3 brand new pans shipped to me. So the customer service was spot on.
I have had it for about 2-3 weeks now and it performs well. I look forward to seeing how it performs over time before I invest in other pans.
