Hand-Hammered Titanium Pan - 3-piece set

Not as light as regular aluminum but not heavy as cast iron. Seems to be the perfect weight which makes it easy to cook not getting too hot quickly as lighter weight thin pans. Wash up is so easy and cleans up very nicely.

Been using our pans for a few weeks now, and overall are very happy. Pans are holding up well. Pretty easy to clean and nice to cook with. They don't seem to be as "non-stick" as they appear in some of the adds, but I had a good idea of what to expect from reading other reviews. Will likely buy more in the future.

I am following the cooking recommendation from Okura and only using medium heat for the pans, but they seem like bending a little during cooking and don’t stay fully flat on the glass stove surface. It doesn’t affect their performance but creates some inconvenience.
