Great pan! My third from Okura. I have the crepe pan and gave a slightly larger pan to my son. Wish this one were a little larger in diameter, but still very useful Also, great sevice!. Frequent messaging about the status of the orders. The pans all arrived very well packaged and protected, in giftable boxes

This is the best pan I've ever used. Doesn't stick or burn, cooks evenly and takes high heat easily. Easy to clean and cooks everything really well, whether it's steak or a stir fry 😋 and eggs don't stick 🙂 I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

Cook a steak last night to give it a test drive. The steak turned out great. Having a restaurant before, it browned the steak perfectly. It’s not sticking to the pan and the steak is burn. The steak was juicy and crispy on the outside. Great pan
