Talk about elevating! The new Amur Sturgeon is a bolder flavor that is rich, nutty and delectable. I enjoyed it immensely on a very buttery rainbow bagel today. It is a completely decadent experience. I will keep ordering Amur. 🔥❤️🔥 🌈

The new Amur is *fantastic*!!! I will absolutely be ordering it again!! The Siberian was also excellent. The kaluga & osetra are known to be outstanding and they were exactly that!
