I created a little experiment and purchased many caviars side by side. I have been purchasing Caviar from other companies for roughly a year now and was very pleased with the quality and flavor of The Only caviar and also appreciated the sustainability factor around its production in Italy. The Oscetria was delicious and I will be happy to purchase once again . Lovely quality !

Our favorite caviar. Unfortunately, due to a shipping error (having nothing to do with The Only), it arrived room temperature with the ice melted. I contacted them and they got another out right away and it arrived the following day. So pleased with this company and their DELICIOUS caviar!
