Absolutely incredible. The Ossetra from The Only Caviar was exceptionally clean, smooth, and refined with a rich, fresh flavor and perfect texture. No harsh or overly fishy taste at all. Easily the best caviar I’ve ever had. You can immediately taste the quality. Highly recommend.
