Caviar was great and the customer service even better

We loved the caviar!! And wow is all I can say about the customer service. Our first shipment was delayed which caused spoilage and within minutes customer service was all over it and sent a new shipment. They were so friendly and accommodated our schedule. I will be ordering more!!

Was delivered later than expected. Considering this was my first time ever purchasing caviar, I didnt know what to expect, but it was fresh and delicious. Made honey cornbread and use a bit of creme fraiche for an appetizer and it was a hit at a recent dinner party i threw . Will definitely purchase again when the opportunity presents itself.

A Caviar that meets and exceeds promised expectations

It is rare a company responds to a customer with alacrity and speed as did Petrusco when Fed-Ex failed to deliver the order in the promised time frame causing spoilage of the contents. The second delivery was perfect and the Royal Ossetra Caviar certainly echoed the description not only by Petrusco but by all similar vendors and taste experts in the field.
