Kaluga Hybrid Caviar

It was good but not excellent. The textire was a bit slimier thsn expected. I prefer a more crispy popping egg. I would rate its 7 out if 10. Packaging and shipping were excellent.

Smooth. Buttery. Smaller pearls, but just packed with flavor. Depending on your palette, I like this better than Osetra. Always a pleasure to deal with The Caviar Co.! Reliable, timely service EVERY time.
