USDA Prime New York Strip

Steak was fantastic. Only minor gripe is that it was on the thinner side ... maybe slightly over 1/2 an inch thick. This makes it very challenging to reverse sear and then char quickly on both sides without over-cooking But, the steak itself was great. If I could choose thickness next time, I would try for something that was ~1" thick or greater if only to have a little more flexibility in cooking/cook timing

I ordered the steaks for my sister. The steaks arrived on time and she said the steaks look absolutely amazing but they haven’t cooked them yet. I’ll provide an update when she reports back to me once they’ve had them.

My husband and I have eaten steaks from all over the United States and these are absolutey the most delicious steaks that we have ever eaten. They are melt in your mouth tender and the juiciest best flavor. We have enjoyed the experience from start to finish. We are also pleased with how well they are packaged with plenty of ice.
