Yuzu Kosho

I'm trying this for the first time and can already tell it's going to be a favorite. I tasted just a bit on my finger when my order arrived and the flavor is very hot green pepper forward and salty; nice and spicy without burning your taste buds. This is special stuff. I can't wait to use it in spicy margaritas and all sorts of dips and toppings.

Very spicy and great for adding some heat to dishes.
