Perfect Chef's Knife

I got this knife because I had the 9" chef's knife and I like it a lot, but I also like the shorter 7" santoku knife I had, but it was not impressive and a pleasure to use. Once I got this knife, I knew immediately it would be m go to knife, even my wife loves it! She was always scared about the 9" Mannkitchen knife as it is a beast. But this was perfect. The handle, length, shape and quality are excellent as I have come to expect with Mannkitchen. I just have to say thank you to Mannkitchen for making knives for people who like big handles.

Razor sharp after 1 year

I don’t know what kind of alloy is used in this blade, but it holds an edge like no other. I was gifted one of these for Christmas a year ago and it’s still scary sharp after a tremendous amount of use in the kitchen. I bought two more as gifts I was so impressed. No idea how I’m going to sharpen this ultra hard steel when the day comes, but it’s an impressive knife.
