Totally Worth It (Surprisingly)
I watch a lot of food content on YouTube, and I've seen a number of content creators using the Pepper Cannon and talking about how amazing it is. When I first looked at it and saw the price, I thought the prospect of spending $200 or $250 on a Peppermill was absolutely bonkers. Don't get me wrong, I love high quality things, and my kitchen is full of high-end cookware and small appliances. Would less expensive pots, pans, blenders, coffee makers, pepper mills, etc. do the same jobs adequately? Of course. But there's something special about the look and feel of very high quality items that reinforces the relationship with the thing those items are used for. I have a Cole & Mason peppermill, and it works perfectly fine and it's a good quality product. But holy cow, the Pepper Cannon is in a completely different category. I decided to go with the XL, because I'm a taller guy with large hands and it seemed like it would be more comfortable. That was absolutely the right choice. I'm not sure why the product listing says it's for restaurants and commercial settings. It's nicely sized for the home kitchen. The larger cap is very comfortable to use. Am I going to say everybody needs a Pepper Cannon? No, of course not. But I will definitely say there are some of you out there who will definitely appreciate the Pepper Cannon, and you know who you are😉

Amazing performance
I own the original pepper cannon, and always wanted more capacity. This delivers with the same great performance, and the new larger twist knob is a great improvement

Excellent output
So far, I really like the xl Canon. It can hold a lot of peppercorns and has great adjustment for different grind settings. I only wish it had a crank because with high output comes required extra force and a handle would make it easier and quicker.
