I bought two pair of these amazing scissors. One for me and one as a gift for my daughter in law. I spatchcocked a whole chicken yesterday and was amazed at how easy it was to cut the spine out of the chicken. I bought these scissors because we will be raising our own meat chickens and will need good strong equipment when butchering. I am very pleased with their performance!

Great, heavy duty

Great heavy duty scissors. Only complaint is they kinda rub uncomfortably against my thumb knuckle but that’s probably a me issue.

These meat/kitchen scissors are solid and actually fit my husband’s hands!! He was so excited when he put them on. His voice changed a full octave.
