My smithey 10 inch skillet

I've only had it for a couple months it's my first cast iron skillet and it works very good the smithey team is a great help I've never used cast iron before and thay are a big help a go to if your not sure about your smithey or how to cook with it thanks very much

My first Smithey skillets

They are a very nice skillets, I cooked eggs in the 10 inch for sevel family members and they eggs didn't stick like the rest of cast iron skillets I've had in the past. I love my new Smithey cast iron skillets.

My go to skillet

I’m 73 and never cooked in an iron skillet. I remember my mother cooking in one and thought they were old fashioned. My sister talked me into buying a Smithey. Wow what a difference! Chicken never tasted so good and beef and fish, incredible. The juices are locked in along with the flavor. This my go to skillet 👍
