I had excellent service when I was there. The young lady that helped me out showed me all different knives and was very gracious with her time. I didn’t have my 50% off honing rod coupon when I went in and she’s still honoured it. Amazingly they had the artisan in who built my knife the following weekend and that was an amazing time as well. Great group and I will buy from them again.

Ceramic honing rod

I have purchased 5 of those so far they make a great gift to anyone that cooks. It’s really a game changer even with softer steel this will bring the edge back to where it needs to be. The bundle is even better go for it you will not regret it!!!

Must have for sharpening kit

I did the sharpening class, and purchased this honing rod. Using or after each use really does the trick with keeping my knives sharp, particularly after putting in the effort with the whet stone.
