The best everyday knife

This knife does it all and is super comfortable to use. It is my first high-quality Japanese knife and I do not regret at all. I liked it so much that I even went to the physical store to see what else they had.

After cleaning the knife I ensure it's fully dried before putting it back in this blade guard and putting it way. I have a special drawer for knifes, but this offers that little extra measure of protection. . for the knife and anyone reaching into the drawer.

I remember the knife guards from 30 years ago - hard plastic, and you hoped for the best. This is an entirely different beastie. It's lined, my knife sits snug, and no chance of dings to the blade. 100% recommend!
