You get what you pay for...

This pan is amazing! I've been looking at Smithey for a bit and just so happens I got two Smithey products for Father's Day! Must be doing something right. Great pan and highly recommend it. My other gift with the dual burner griddle. LOVE IT! Next up is the farmhouse skillet.

250th anniversary skillet review

Pan is sturdy, maybe thicker bottom than regular skillet. We have used it on electric range and to test an induction range. Induction is faster, but heats up the eagle on the bottom too much, changes color. But 1800W induction is faster heat up than our electric stove. Nothing sticks on this pan, very easy clean up. Wish there were a made in USA cast iron eleven inch lid for it. A six inch anniversary pan would be nice to have, bake sourdough on it.
