Love this product just don’t know where my missing second package is

I’ve been using this for approximately two weeks now, and I have noticed a strengthening in my nails and less dryness in my skin. Well, I did order a second package and it never arrived with the other two with no explanation. I would continue using these if I could find out where my missing package is.
