Only need 1 pill per meal, typically and thety are small and very convenient. I was surprised at how well these work. My other band brand requires three caplets per meal!

These little pills do the work of the 4-5 lactase pills I had been taking. Love the variety of travel containers, especially the key ring! Never leave home without them. They may seem a little pricey but, even with buying at Costco, when I calculated for equal amounts used, it was pretty close.

These are amazing and work so much better than any other lactose medicine that i have tried. I love that it comes right to my dorr thru my subscription and don't ever have to worry about being without and having to worry about what i am eating when i go out to dinner with my family of going to a friend's party and having to ask what is in this dish or that dish constantly annoying people or just not eating at all and eating bedore I go somewhere or after I leave.
