Does the job, and does it WELL!!
The single serving packaging is so helpful for travel and being consistent with taking them daily! I have 2-3 packs in my purse at any given time so I can remember to take them even when I’m on the go or out with friends. The Omega supplement has slight fishy taste if you hold it in your mouth a little too long, but overall very easy to take and no distinct flavor. Noticed slight differences in digestion the first few days that leveled out very quickly (take with food!!!). I feel good about what the ingredients are doing for my egg health and feel other added benefits as well, like silkier and stronger hair and healthy nails. Haven’t re-tested my levels since starting the regime but I have high hopes! Would recommend Perelel to anyone, egg freezing or not!!
