Excellent alternative to granulated sugar

After some research on optimal sugar substitutes, it seems allulose is the best choice; it scores approximately 0 on the glycemic index and it does taste very close to sugar, no aftertaste. It's about 70% as sweet, so can be use in baking with little adjustment to the recipe. I was happy to find that Sparkle makes an organic version that is very affordable. It's very good and I will continue to order.
