Just finished my first bag of the 4 in 1. Nit seeing any difference in my skin, hair or nails. Just started my 2nd bag this morning. Hopefully after this bag will see a difference. I like the envelope provided to send the bag back for recycle. One thing I wish the product came with is a pre measured scoop even if with your first bag to make that process more accurate

Too soon to tell

This collagen supplement mixes better than any others I have tried, and does not leave the game after taste of other high-quality collagen supplements I have used. It dissolves more easily in hot beverages and even in cold ones if I stir it immediately and briskly. I have been using it for less than a month, though, so I think it is too soon to see any results… I have not noticed any thus far.

I have no idea if it works

I was taking a generic, well-rated collagen, but then I read about the four targeted and patented forms of collagen in Sparkle's 4-in-1 Collagen Boost. I've been taking it for several months and have no idea if it's making a difference. I wonder if it's worth twice the price of other collagens. I appreciate their effort to be environmentally conscious by including a return envelope for the plastic bag, but I suspect the fuel used to manufacture and transport the envelope back to Sparkle cancels out the benefit of keeping the bag out of the trash. A biodegradable bag might be a better solution. One thing I can say: it dissolves quickly in coffee. Overall, I can't point to a noticeable difference after several months, so I'm not convinced it justifies the premium price over a standard collagen supplement.
