Hydrating

I'm giving this product 3 stars because of the customer service I received. the product is quite nice, but I was under the impression that I would receive a free gift with purchase on my first order. I did not. I contacted customer service and was told that they were unable to ship that separately and there was nothing they could do for me, other than applying "points" to my next order. I expressed my disappointment and was essentially dismissed. I'm disappointed and ended up cancelling my subscription because of this experience.

You have to try this!
I started with the OS-01 Facial Moisturizer and added the Body Moisturizer. It has made a huge difference in my crepey skin on my arms and legs. Definitely a must add to any skin regiment
