I put 2 scoops in my coffee along with creatine. I also take probiotics and multivitamins (Nutrafol) and I’m starting to lift heavy weights. The combination has made my energy better and my hair and nails are growing like crazy.

A great addition to my morning coffee

This is the one collagen that I can drink on its own in a glass of water and not smell that odd "meaty" fragrance. Normally I add it to my morning coffee and it dissolves without a trace. Really great product.
