C-Tetra™ Advanced Gel-Serum

luxurious vehicle for Vit C

I have long used SkinCeuticals' Vit C/ferulic acid serum in the dropper bottle. It worked very well for my skin, but it's expensive, and I did on occasion accidentally knock the bottle over and lose some of the precious contents. I've therefore been looking for something that works equally well but is less costly and less prone to mishaps. This is the first Medik8 product I've tried, and I am very impressed. The lotion has a great texture and absorbs very easily into the skin. It also contains emollients that moisturize. I have combination skin, am 63 years of age, and can sometimes be sensitive to actives, but my skin responds beautifully to this. (I've been using C-tetra about a month -- wanted to have time to evaluate the product before writing a review. )

Lovely serum with a heavenly scent!

I’ve been using this serum for about three months now, and I feel like my skin tone has become a little brighter and more even. But what I absolutely love is the scent! It smells heavenly, like a delicious citrus dessert or lemon-orange jelly! Such a pleasure to use every morning. 😊

This is my 3rd purchase of this. I bought the super c but missed the fragrance of the c tetra so going back to it. Both products are excellent vit c and remain stable with no oxidation. I have mature skin and use this every morning with the peptides and the pdrn and lastly the pro collagen moisturizer. Highly recommend.
