Legendary Serum Lipstick

Bad formula on my new Pamela :(

Did the formula change? The color is phenomenal, but the formula on this one in particular is a big miss. Thick and sticky, does not apply smoothly, smells strongly and is drying. My other RMS serum lipsticks are heaven on - barely noticeable, lightly hydrating, and smooth. This one was like someone dug it out of their purse 5 years later with the cap not sealed properly. I even had to wait months to order because they were out of stock so long in this shade, so this should not be old or expired.

This serum lipstick is my favorite go-to. It's gorgeous and long wearing, very comfortable and non-drying. The shape makes it easy to apply and glides on effortlessly. Color payoff is so beautiful!

I really have been enjoying the Legendary Lip Serum. I purchased two shades. The one I have used the most is Mae. I have used the Monica a couple of times so far. It is a nice color though. The serum goes so nice and creamy smooth. It has such an almost silky feel. It wears moist but not sticky. It has some lasting power. I do wear a little gloss over it. I have to reapply a little after eating, but that’s pretty normal wear and tear 😁. I highly recommend and will purchase again in the future.
