I have nails!

I absolutely love this collagen! For the first time in forever as a former nail biter, I have nails. And they are strong! I’ve also seen a decrease in the amount of hair I have been losing in the shower. Hands down one of the best supplements Ive taken!

Great Addition!

Added this to my “stack” of other Rho products about 2 months ago. Taste blends well with other products. I have noticed a little change in my skin; it feels more elastic and healthier.

I think it's good...

I have been taking this for 1 month and don't feel or notice anything remarkable, but also understand it takes awhile. I appreciate the easy to take liquid form rather than a powder and the taste is ok. I plan to continue with the product as I am of the age where this supplement is needed.
