creatine with taurine+ drink mixes

So far so good. I started using the mindbodygreen creatine a few days ago and i like the way i feel. I tried a different creatine brand before and it made me feel really bloated.

I have used the creatine for awhile. Noticed a major difference right away and vontine to. I add the protein mix this time and have the ssme response. Excellent products supporting our bodies needs.
