Supplements often upset my stomach, but Rho’s liposomal products have been easy to take and gentle on my digestion. No big glass of water or spacing out pills. Quality products that make my daily routine so much simpler!

So far so good

Easy to take. I just mix all of my supplements together even though the flavor profiles may not complement each other. It seems like everything just tastes like the collagen peptides no matter what. Not a bad flavor. I’m pretty new to Rho, so I can’t say if it’s working yet or not. I think a review in a few months may be more enlightening. But, I have no complaints so far.
