Great addition to my daily routine

There are 2 things I need to focus on daily in regards to my diet - consuming adequate fibre & protein. Fibre + takes care of the fibre intake and also enhances regular unstressed daily bowel motions. Hopefully my colon is not a health issue I need to be overly concerned about going forward.

Great flavor, easy to digest

The cinnamon flavor makes taking this fiber supplement easy to take regularly. I’m glad I followed the recommended dosage for starting out, I didn’t have much bloating or discomfort increasing my fiber intake.

This supplement is amazing. Tastes great and mixes well into my yogurt. Pro tip - if you mix with yogurt and let it sit in the fridge for a bit , the consistency makes it cheesecake like - very decadent.
