I had never taken Vital Aminos before trying Momentous, so I honestly didn’t know what I was missing. Now it’s the first thing I reach for after every workout. The way I look at it, the recovery process starts the second training ends. I mix up my Vital Aminos immediately after a session, then follow it with the Recovery protein. It’s become part of my routine because I know I’m already getting my body ready for the next workout. Training multiple times a week means recovery can’t be an afterthought. This has become my go-to after every run, lift, or HYROX session, and I genuinely look forward to it. It’s one of those products that quickly became a staple once I understood the value of using it consistently.
