Excellent product!

Quality vitamins! I take 2 capsules (100mg total) each night. I’m a big guy at 6’3” 230lbs. Definitely helps with my sleep and gets me to that calm state of mind to fall asleep smoothly and stay asleep through the night. No grogginess in the morning.

Used for sleep

I take Apigenin with your Magnesium every night to help me sleep. It really seemed to start working right away. I like that the capsules are small and easy to swallow. I still wake up several times a night, but the time is less than before I started using your products. No grogginess in the morning at all.
