Creatine

Have been taking daily for a couple of weeks to help with brain fog. It is difficult to say if the improvement is entirely down to creatine but I have seen a difference all the same!

Good Product

Dissolves really well, no impact to flavour. I put 10mg in my overnight oats and you'd never know

Clean, easy to mix, and no stomach issues at all. It does exactly what you expect—simple and effective. The taste on it own is not the best.
