Think they are starting to make a difference

I’m nearly at the end of first month using dose for meno, I still have horrible night sweats, but the daytime flushes are definitely reducing, less frequent and shorter! As with everything need to give time for body to adapt/absorb etc so happy to continue for a few more months 🤞

I've been enjoying taking these and admittedly have only just started You are meant to take these before bed to help you feel more drowsy. To be honest they do a bit help, However , I've also taken these in the day and just felt more relaxed so I feel it's a choice For the price , I think their a good option. I am also taking them alongside HRT, not instead of.

I think they're working.

Had been looking at various versions of this type of product but wanted one that wasn't full of fillers and additives I can't pronounce as well as it needing to be at a price I could afford. These fit the bill and seem to be helping.
