Perfect Amino Electrolytes - Watermelon

It's deliously refreshing (might be too sweet for some but I like it) I forget sometimes it's best taken on an empty stomach. Pricey for electrolytes but it also has amino acids. I think it's doing it's job ( I hope so for the price!). I can't tell really because I'm using other supplements. Overall, I'm feeling better. Thanks 😊

I have tried many different electrolytes from various brands, and although this brand is good and has many 5* reviews, I didn’t love the taste. It’s a very synthetic watermelon taste, and I don’t taste any salt which makes me think the sodium content in these electrolytes is low. Although I did find it was easy to mix, especially with other powders like creatine and it did provide hydration and recovery after exercise. I also think the price point is high in comparison to other electrolytes out there on the market which are much better.
