These electrolytes are potentially the best on the market as they downplay sodium (which we get in our food and is cheap to add) and prioritise potassium and magnesium. So it’s perfect to balance minerals on a daily basis. After a sweaty workout I might reach for a sodium heavy electrolyte or just add more salt to my food.
