Haven't noticed an instant difference in strength but I'm only about half way through the pack and I know there's a loading period with Creatine. If anything I have noticed a cognitive benefit, will definitely keep using to get maximum potential out of the product. It's easy to use and the packets have definitely improved from when I first got Puresport Creatine a year or so ago - Packaging is high quality.

Love the sachets so easy to keep around or take on the go. Got these for holiday and have no trouble keeping on top of my plan.
