Magnesium Refill Pouch

Company and service very good.

I’ve been taking the magnesium for three weeks now. Upped my amount to two and half squirts but sadly I haven’t noticed any improvement in my sleeping or night cramps in my calf and toes, which was what I was hoping would change. My friend recommended it and it works for her, but not me. I’ll keep taking it and who knows, I may see a difference soon 🤷‍♀️ The company are very good though as I complained about my travel bottle leaking and they replaced that straight away.

Handy and efficient!

I've bought magnesium in various forms over the years but this one has to be the handiest, I use it in a drink every evening. We both sleep well and wake feeling clearer.

Sleeping better

I feel I’ve been sleeping more deeply since starting the magnesium. I also find as it has a bitter taste it goes really nicely in my hot chocolate collagen drink in the evening
