Improved sleep

I struggled to get a full night sleep prior to using Magnesium, it's been much improved since using Oshun

Great way to get magnesium uptake. Slightly odd taste but i add it to juice in the evening. So convenient to take. Great product.

Terrible taste

Zero impact or change to any aspect. The taste is strong and unpleasant, even in flavoured drinks. Very over priced product.
