Oshun Magnesium

Wow

I was skeptical as I’ve always used another big brand magnesium in a tablet form. This stuff is much nicer to take, looks better in my cabinet and knocks me out for a very restful nights sleep. I think there is something to be said for the bioavailability of the liquid formula. As it stands I’m a very happy customer.

Amazing

Absolutely amazing. I was finding I couldn’t get to sleep between my babies wake ups - now as soon as my head hits the pillow I’m asleep again! Magic,

Greatly improved sleep

The most noticeable improvement has been in sleep. Tracking shows longer periods in deep sleep and I feel more rested. Possibly a slight improvement in cognition, although that is difficult to gauge. Does it taste nice? Of course not, but that shouldn't be an issue for those serious about their health. Will continue use.
