Among many other things I have been especially impressed with the fact that my skin all over my body has been noticeably more hydrated. It’s smoother and my legs don’t have the bumps I’ve been battling all my life.

I’ve been taking this at night for about six weeks and have found it helps support my sleep really well. It doesn’t taste very nice but the benefit outweighs that! I had always taken magnesium in pill form before discovering Oshun but much prefer it as liquid.
