Good for pregnancy

I found owning when looking for electrolytes that I can take in pregnancy. It’s simple, unflavoured, but a little salty (naturally), so I add it to my juice, smoothies, any sweet drinks. Makes drinking electrolytes easier.

A valuable addition to my routine

I no longer feel dehydrated, or sapped of energy since adding Oshun to my daily routine. When I do an intense workout, I tend to up my dosage a bit to compensate for what I lose through excess sweating, which has made a positive difference for me.

Clearer skin and no dryness

I never used to struggle with too dry a skin but occasional chapped lips were definitely present. And my skin was always dull and a bit lacklustre. Since starting Oshun last summer my skin cleared and I swear it was just brighter and happier. Collègues did comment on my skin looking fresh!
