Mixes well into my morning coffee but not sure if it is making a difference as I’ve not been on it long enough, but has no taste so is easy to use.

The collagen in one if the refill pouches was brittle and hard not it's usual powdery consistency and the colour was not its usual pale pinky it was a much deeper more orange colour. Something wrong with it.
