Really love this! Ive tried other magnesium products and have felt drowsy the next day. I like this especially because I can split the sachet and it lasts two days. Marked a star down as it’s a little on the pricey side and subscriptions aren’t quick and easy to cancel.

Fantastic product and highly recommend, I noticed a big difference in my sleep from about 9days into taking the sachets nightly an hour before bedtime and now get a deeper nights sleep too after a couple of bad years of not sleeping as much as I should! Only wish I’d come across this sooner.
