After struggling to sleep I thought i would give this a try, after all what I had I got to lose so put my order in. My sleep has improved slightly, still not perfect but I do feel more relaxed when I go to bed, and I love the taste.

Lovely taste easy to take so easy routine. I buy things and stop as can’t be bothered but it’s do easy to have a warm drink before bed so that’s delicious 😋
