Night time ritual

I have tried heavy metal sachets for awhile now. They wasn't helping me sleep so I reached out to Jose and the team. They gave me recommendations of different ways to try it. I still take as love the taste. I believe my body knows it's time to slow down and unwind but I don't always sleep well. Probably my over active mind not shutting down. Great aid for sleeping & taste is good (if you like lemon)

As soon as I started taking them I have slept through the night. Sometimes it can take a while to get to sleep (I should probably take it earlier) but once I’m asleep I stay asleep until my alarm, which hasn’t happened for about 15 years. Lovely taste, not powdery or too sweet. Good palette cleanser at the end of an evening
