Amazing flavor and texture

The flavor is great as is the overall texture of the chuck eye steak. I have noticed that just about all of the cuts are not uniform...meaning that one side is cut thicker than the other side. I also have a suggestion, which may or may not be feasible...I notice that the chuck eye steaks are packaged 2 per vacuum sealed package. I cook for 1 person so when I thaw out a package I end up re-freezing one of the steaks. Is it possible to vacuum seal 1 steak per package like you to the ribeyes?

Delicious steaks

All of our products ordered exceded our expectations. The chuck eyes and the NY Strips had amazing flavor. We wet aged the steaks as recommended and found them to be tender when cooked to our medium rare preference. Delicious! Highly recommend.
