Grassfed Ground Beef (80/20 Blend)

The quality of a meat is exceptional. I’ve tried five or six different meat delivery companies/farms and this one is hands-down the best I’ve used. From packaging to flavor. I live in Texas so it’s important that the meat is still frozen when it gets to me and I’ve never had a problem, even ordering in the summer. But above all that I believe in their farming practices and what they put back into the Earth and the animals. Great company all around.

I used a pound the first day we got our delivery. It was very flavorful and the consistency was excellent. It held together well for making burgers.
