Best cachete on the market!

I grew up with cachete (beef cheeks) but never mastered trimming them! I ordered 7 packages with fingers crossed. It was the right decision. 1st. Ordering was a snap 2nd. It’s been 95-105 with Heat index up to 120 in N TX and they arrived solid as a rock! 3rd Customer Service is above & beyond! 4th The Cheeks 14 total about 8oz each were trimmed to perfection (Really) 5th. I smoked them for 3. 5 hrs at 205. Then Braised them. Fed 7 family members, nothing left & was asked to do it again. I reordered more cheeks and a couple beef tongues for Barbacoa tacos. All I can say is these people know what they’re doing AND their Customer Service is AAA+ So IF you want to become the local Chef Hero place an order. I promise you’ll be as impressed as I am. But the #1 thing is you’ll make your family and friends happy!

High quality meat. I made a delicious Hachis Parmentier with the meat. In my opinion, beef cheeks are the secret ingredient for any succulent braised meal using beef.
